Linger is a must try if you're visiting Denver! I made reservations because it seems to be a popular spot, and we were able to get a rooftop table. It's housed in an old mortuary, which they play up a bit with their decorations. They serve tapas style food, mostly small shareable plates, but with a focus on Asian street food. They had SO MANY veggie options! But! For some of the dishes, such as the bao, if you want them to be vegetarian or vegan, you have to specify that. Otherwise they will come out with meat. So when ordering, just double check that what you are getting is vegetarian! I tried the Thai tea cocktail with condensed milk (they also offer it with coconut milk). The tea had a strong flavor which I love. We shared a few different plates: the bombay nachos, crispy filipino spring rolls, skewer and lettuce wraps, and the masala dosa. My two favorite (and must order veggie dishes) were easily the bombay nachos and the lettuce wraps. The nachos had so many different flavors, and I loved the chutney that came with it! The wraps are a build your own situation. They are SO good! We ordered it with tofu, and the star of the show was the peanut sauce and fresh herbs. It was filling yet still a light dish. The other two dishes were also good but less impressive. The filipino rolls were fried and crispy, and I don't normally eat impossible meat but this worked well in the dish. The vinegar sauce was way too vinegar-y for me. The masala dosa was good but more a simple potato dish. These four plates was more than enough for the two of us. I know the same company owns another restaurant, and after how good this one was, I would love to check out the other one!

Excellent service and the food and drinks were excellent. I got to use my 2 for 1 drink coupon book so that was cool and I had no issues being able to use that at all. Of course the atmosphere is neat and we went on Friday the 13th to give it that extra special touch. I loved the French toast that we split the best. The chicken and waffles were pretty awesome too! But everything was truly fabulous. I look forward to coming back here and bringing Ryan. This outting was with my friend that was visiting from NY named Danielle and she also loved it !

I got Linger with my partner for our anniversary and I had an amazing time! The food was excellent, we were delighted by our server's recommendations on the steamed buns. Our server was Abby, she was super sweet and checked in on us very frequently, making sure we were set! Highly recommend, hard to beat this place for a good date night!

Came here for our friends birthday brunch and was pleased as always! Loved the cashew queso! Chicken & waffles 5/5 sweeter than expected but good! crab burrito 4.75/5 Short rib benny 4.25/5 Dosa 4/5 too sweet for my liking Loved our cocktails (froze was a hit) and brunch exp! We will return!

Everything we ate was delicious, creative and satisfying. We shared a bunch of plates, and had different favorites. The kid got more standard fare like mac and fries. We didn't have a reservation for a Friday early evening. But they sat us promptly at a table that had a later reservation, we just had to be done in an hour or so. I appreciated their accommodation. The server was cheery and quick, in spite of how busy it was in there. She was knowledgeable about the food. The dining room has a quirky design that was kind of fun to explore. The garage windows were open on a beautiful weather day. We went to Little Man for ice cream next door, with sweeping views of downtown Denver.

Got brunch here with a group of friends on a Sunday morning! I'm so happy they do reservations. I got the BLT benedict and loved it so much! it had a great balance of sweet and savory and really enjoyed the side salad I got. Service was a bit slow, we got there at 11, probably ordered around 11:30 and then got our food around 12. I'm glad they were able to itemize/split the check at the end but as a heads up, they do a 5% bonus charge for "fair wages and benefits" which I didn't appreciate them bringing to our attention before we got our checks. I'd love to come here again to try their cocktails and dinner!

Let's sum it up, Linger delivers amazing energy, international cuisine, incredible tastes and great views. We had a table of six for dinner on Friday evening and we tried nine different offerings on the menu. Most of the food is served tapas style. There are two dining rooms in the main building (the former mortuary), one of the main level and the other on the second. We were seated in a large booth on the second, but wished we had more room. Once we ordered the food, it just arrived in perfect waves. What was annoying was how long it took to get drinks from the bar that was literally across from our table. The room wasn't half full while we were there. Something that would make the dining experience even better is if they would change out the small plates throughout the meal so you aren't mixing flavors. Here's what we ordered: - Mongolian BBQ Duck Bao - Not the traditional small bun size, hard to share - Korean Fried Chicken Bao - Best of the two, loved the Chile Aioli - Devils on Horseback - A Spanish classic (we had three orders) - Hot Honey Sweet Fries - Biggest portion size of anything we ordered, loved the Mile High Seasoning (we had two orders) - Bison Steak Kushiyaki Skewer - Perfectly grilled - Cumin-Spiced Lamb Skewer - Two large servings can feed four, my fav of the two skewers ordered - Scallion Pancake - Four quarter portions, made with short rib, chile crunch (hot) - Sweet Corn Chaat - Indian street food, curry, chutney, new item on menu, best thing we ordered - Smashed Wagyu Sliders - Bacon-onion jam is great After our meal, we went up to the rooftop. At 7pm, with the sun behind the clouds, it was amazing. But it was scorching when we arrived at 5:30, so indoor was probably the best for our first visit. I'd love to come for a later evening meal on the rooftop.

I found out this used to be a mortuary and was mortified. However, once you get over it, you'll be greeted with well crafted drinks and delicious plates of entrees. We ordered 3 cocktails and they were each unique and delicious. The cod was one of the best dishes I had in Denver. It's a dish you remember years later. Ambiance is fancy but chill at the same time. It's a very comfortable environment.

We received tons of recommendations from so many people about this place, not just because it's an old mortuary but because of the phenomenal menu. I can see why everyone loves it here! The atmosphere is super cozy and there's tons of seating space. It wasn't open but we went onto the roof just to peek and it's spacious and spectacular up there too. For drinks we had the mortuary margarita, resting place, and mimosa. They were all fantastic but that margarita was one of the best I've ever had anywhere. We split the pork belly bao bun and it made for a perfect size snack before our entrees. I'd never had a bao bun before and I think I'll have a very high bar set now for all future ones. Loved it! I had the BLT Benedict for the main and it was surprisingly light for a Benedict. Sooooo very delicious. Those goat cheese biscuits should be sold by the half dozen! Outstanding. To top it all off, our server Andrew was absolutely marvelous. He was knowledgeable about the whole menu and was that perfect amount of helpful while not pushing any particular item. He gave us plenty of space and always checked back on us at the perfect time. Plus he was adorable! Every bit of this place is top notch. Highly highly recommend!
